Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Last updated: May 6, 2026

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CCPA/CPRA"), California residents have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information.

Our Current Practice

NextOath does not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA.

We do use third-party service providers to help us operate the Service, including analytics and AI processing. These providers receive only the information they need to perform their function for us and are bound by contract from using it for their own purposes. See our Subprocessors page for the current list.

We use Google Analytics to understand product usage. Analytics cookies are off by default and only run after you opt in via our cookie banner or the Cookie Preferences link in the footer. We do not knowingly send personal information directly into Google Analytics. We do not currently run advertising pixels, remarketing, or other cross-context behavioral advertising. See our Cookie Policy for opt-out controls, including the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Global Privacy Control

Where legally required, we honor opt-out preference signals such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC) sent by your browser or browser extension. If a GPC signal is detected, we will treat it as a valid opt-out request for the device or browser that sent it.

If Our Practices Change

If we ever begin selling or sharing personal information (as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA), we will update this page and provide an opt-out mechanism. Until then, no action is required on your part.
