End User License Agreement

1. License Grant

NextOath grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Remove or modify any proprietary notices or labels
  • Use the Service for commercial purposes without written consent
  • Create automated bots or scripts to interact with the Service
  • Redistribute, sublicense, or transfer the Service to any third party
  • Use the Service to develop competing products or services

3. Ownership

The Service and all related intellectual property remain the exclusive property of NextOath. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

4. Virtual Items

In-game items, resources, Inspiration Points, credits, tokens, and other virtual goods or digital items (collectively, "Virtual Items") have no real-world monetary value. Virtual Items exist solely within the Service and cannot be exchanged for money, sold, gifted, or transferred to other users or outside the Service, except where we expressly allow it. Your use of Virtual Items is limited to the license granted in this Agreement.

5. Updates and Modifications

NextOath may update, modify, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice. This includes game mechanics, features, content, and availability.

6. Data Collection

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

7. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Service.

8. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. NEXTOATH DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL NEXTOATH BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
